Great news! You can now switch between your accounts with Google’s new multi-account Sign-In feature. Accounts can be switched on the popular Google apps such as Gmail, Calendar, Google Reader, Google Voice, App Engine, Sites and Google Code. Google Docs however is not yet supported.

Switching can be done by clicking on the little arrow that now appears next to your e-mail address in the top right of the browser window. As for multiple login goes right now, you can currently be signed into only two separate accounts at once, one Google Account and one Google Apps account. This makes it easy for you to manage your personal and work chores at the same time.

Now you won’t have to resort to browser extensions like the Google Account Multi-Login Greasemonkey, as was used previously. You can find more information here. Enjoy the new feature!
