Untethered Jailbreak iOS 4.3.2 with Redsn0w for Windows, Mac released

As we told earlier, Apple did not patched i0n1c Untethered Exploit in iOS 4.3.2 update. Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 4.3.2 has been released with Redsn0w by Dev Team. This works for iPhone 4, iPhone 3Gs, iPod touch 3G/4G and iPad 1. Unfortunately iPad 2 is still not supported but Chronic Dev Team has promised they are working on iPad 2 Untethered Jailbreak.

IMPORTANT: If you rely on an Unlock, you can update your baseband to the 06.15 version. If you are on 05.14 or 05.15 or higher you will need to do this to unlock. But updating your baseband to 06.12 version will lost GPS functionality.

Requirements:

• Download iOS 4.3.2
• Download Latest iTunes
• Download Redsn0w 0.9.6rc14 (Mac, Windows)

How to Untethered Jailbreak iOS 4.3.2

Step 1: Update to iOS 4.3.2

• Download all required files (iOS 4.3.2 IPSW file and Redsn0w) and save them in a folder. We named it Pwnage.

• We need to update the iPhone to latest iOS 4.3.2. Connect your device with computer and Run iTunes.

• Do the automatic Update or manual update by holding “Shift” key on keyboard and click on “Restore“.

• This will open up the file browser, select the IPSW file which you downloaded for iOS 4.3.2.

Step 2: Preparing the Redsn0w Jailbreak

• Once you have successfully updated to iOS 4.3.2, run Redsn0w .

• Click on “Browse“. This will also open up the file browser. Select the IPSW file for you device.

• Redsn0w will try to verify the IPSW file. Once verified it will show the IPSW successfully identified message.

• Now click Next. Redsn0w will perform processes for jailbreak data.

• After performing the process, Redsn0w will give you the following options. Select “Install Cydia” and click the “Next” button.

Step 3: Loading the Jailbreak onto Device

• Now Power off your device and Connect it to the computer as told by Redsn0w.

• Redsn0w will ask you to put your iPhone in DFU mode, follow on screen instructions.

• Hold Power and Home buttons for 10 seconds



• Now release the Power button but continue holding the Home button for 10 more seconds.



• You device should now be in DFU mode

• You device will restart now.

• Redsn0w will upload the new Kernal and RAM Disk for you. You dont need to do anything here.

• Once all the working is done, Redsn0w will give you the DONE message. Click on Finish button.
