It seems like Motorola is gearing up to revive its RAZR brand once again, with an upcoming Smartphone for Verizon, called Motorola Droid RAZR, which will be internationally known as the Motorola Spyder. The photos and specifications of this device were leaked earlier this morning by tech enthusiast blog This Is My Next, claiming that this Smartphone will be landing before the end of this year.

According to the leaked specifications the Motorola Spyder will be equipped with a massive 4.3-inch 960 x 540 qHD Super AMOLED display and will be packed with Gorilla Glass plus there will also be a Kevlar casing with a splash-guard coating, that sounds like it will be one tough phone. Under the hood there will also be a 1.2 GHz dual core processor and about 1 GB RAM. One will also see an 8 megapixel camera on board, which is said to be capable of doing 1080p (Full HD) recording and image stabilization.
Moreover the source suggest that there an “HD” camera on the front of the device, and Moto’s Webtop environment with numerous custom docks and a version of the Lapdock laptop-lite dock.
The Motorola Spyder seems like a pretty nice little hunk of technology, no? However the bad news is that with all of these specifications and naming details, there isn’t any much information available on when the Motorola Spyder will hit the store shelves or what it will cost when it does but according to the sources this device will be ready in time for the holidays. So folks as always we will recommend you to stay tuned and in the mean time let us know that what are your thoughts over this device by commenting below in the comment box.
