After leaks after leak, finally Samsung has officially announced Samsung Galaxy S II (formerly Galaxy S2) Smartphone in the on-going Mobile World Congress 2011. And you know what the rumors about Samsung Galaxy S II being super slim and super light were right! Yeah this beast is only 8.49-millimeters thick and is incredibly light.

Samsung has used 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Plus display which give quites bright and vibrant picture quality. It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and features Samsung’s own dual-core 1GHz Orion processor. It has also support for NFC (Near Field Communication), allowing users to read information of everyday objects like stickers and posters.

According to Samsung they have focused on Screen, Speed and Content with this device and it goes up right to the mark as its Super AMOLED Plus screen will give the best experience, even if you are watching videos or playing games.
